All of our gift vouchers are valid from 90 days from the date of issue. Our gift voucher features a unique reference number, which must be communicated at the time of the booking and redemption. Photocopies will not be accepted and all bookings must be made in advance. The vouchers are not renewable and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned. Please note that the full value of the voucher must be used at any one booking, and that any remaining value is unable to be transferred or returned in cash. The gift vouchers are unable to be used in conjunction with any other offer. The gift vouchers can only be redeemed against food or drink The vouchers are for single use only and therefore the full amount of the voucher must be use for the date of the booking. Management will not accept responsibility for any lost gift vouchers
