Terms and Conditions – Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe Rewards Program
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern the Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe Rewards Program (“the Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Eligibility:
a. The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
b. Only customers who dine at Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe are eligible to earn and redeem rewards points. - Claypot Rewards Points:
a. For every 1 Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) spent at Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe, the customer will earn 1 claypot point (“point”).
b. Points are earned on the total amount spent on food and beverages, excluding taxes, service charges, and other non-food-related charges.
c. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency. - Reward Redemption:
a. Customers can redeem 10 MYR off their bill for every 200 points accumulated.
b. The reward redemption can only be used towards the payment of food and beverages at Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe.
c. Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
d. Rewards must be redeemed in-person at Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of currency. - Account Management:
a. Customers can enroll in the Program by providing their valid contact details (name, phone number, and email address) to Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe.
b. Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe reserves the right to refuse or cancel a customer’s enrollment in the Program for any reason.
c. Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe will maintain a record of the customer’s points balance and transaction history.
d. Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe may, at its discretion, adjust a customer’s points balance due to any system errors or disputes. - Point Expiration:
a. Points will expire if the customer’s account remains inactive for a continuous period of three months.
b. Account activity includes earning or redeeming points.
c. Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe will send periodic reminders to customers regarding their inactive accounts before points expire. - Modification and Termination:
a. Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
b. In the event of Program termination, customers will be given reasonable notice to redeem their outstanding rewards. - Privacy:
a. Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe will handle customer information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy.
b. Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe may use customer information for the purpose of administering the Program and communicating with customers. - Limitation of Liability:
a. Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Program.
b. Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and the updated terms will be posted on the Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe website or made available in-store.
By participating in the Foong Lian Claypot Foods Cafe Rewards Program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
